A new group of Food Ambassadors have landed!

πŸ₯³ A BIG CONGRATULATIONS to our latest group of Food Ambassadors to graduate the course! πŸŽ‰

It has been an incredibly rewarding journey, filled with the growth of cooking skills and discovery of new flavours. Over 6 weeks, we have had the pleasure of witnessing these dedicated individuals embrace new cuisines, experiment in the kitchen, and truly blossom into confident Food Ambassadors.

On Thursday 12th October, we hosted a celebration to honour their achievements. The event was attended by a diverse array of guests, including the esteemed Mayor of Lambeth, who graciously joined us in celebrating the graduates.

The menu featured a range of delectable dishes. Guests indulged in refreshing Tabbuleh for starters, followed by the delightful combination of Kala Chana and flavorful red rice with Zaalouk for the main course and an Apple and Mixed fruit crumble was served as the perfect finale.

These Food Ambassadors have not only developed the skills to cook healthier meals for themselves but have also gained the ability to create nourishing dishes for others in their community. Their dedication and perseverance have earned them Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene certificates, setting them apart and opening doors to a world of exciting opportunities in the future.

As we celebrate their accomplishments, we look forward to seeing how these incredible individuals will continue to make a positive impact in their communities and the culinary world.
