At HLP we want to ensure that all our community members, volunteers, partners and staff experience a good standard of quality service.
We take your concerns seriously and try to resolve them as quickly as possible. All service users, agencies and organisations have the right to raise concerns or complaints about our organisation and its services. We also make sure that all HLP staff, volunteers and Board members know about our Complaints policy, and understand and agree with it.
