'Spring Hands' Photo Competition

We are running out of lovely photos to include in our newsletter and social media so we need your help... 

Get creative at home or in your gardens and balconies by taking photos of hands doing fun and healthy things. You could be: picking flowers; cooking delicious vegetables; enjoying a picnic on the terrace; planting seeds or doing your daily exercise. 

The best three photos from families will receive a delicious healthy takeaway meal delivered direct to their house. 

REMEMBER

-It can be your children's hands and/or your hands. 
-Just hands please and no identifiable clothing. 
-Think about lighting, colour, background and focus. 
-If you have not signed a LEAP photo consent form, we will ask you to do that via email.
