Welcome to our winter recipes cookbook. Most of these recipes have been donated by our chefs and guest chefs from our Healthy Living Kitchen.
In the kitchen we cook healthy vegetarian meals, mainly using surplus produce, which we distribute to local people. Our meals are mainly plant-based (vegan) and we use seasonal produce as often as possible.
We hope you enjoy this collection of our winter recipes — these are some of our favourite meals we’ve cooked so far, including Malika’s tagine, Alison’s vegan haggis, Ruth’s slaw and Abosede’s Nigerian spinach stew.
