We’re supporting families, with children 0-3, to live well this winter. That means healthy recipes, free fruit and veg, and fun activities like yoga and Zumba for the whole family.
"Sounds great! How can I get these free services for my family?"

Healthy recipe of the week
Each week we’ll post a new video recipe for you to make at home with your little ones.
First up, Adelaide teaches you how to make Angolan bean soup. This hearty dish was part of our celebration of Black History Month.
This dish serves 4 and only costs £2.50. Great value.
Healthy activity of the week
It’s important to move about as much as possible, especially when we’re inside for most of the day.
Join our Zumba teacher Madeleine for a family-friendly bear hunt.

What is LEAP into Healthy Living?
Lambeth Early Action Partnership is supporting Healthy Living Platform to give children, age 0-3, a better start in life.
We’ve called this mission, LEAP into Healthy Living.
We’re focusing on the four Lambeth wards of Stockwell, Coldharbour, Vassall and Tulse Hill. Families in these wards need our support the most.
Together, we’ll make it easier, and affordable, for these families and their little ones to access food and live healthily.
If you live in one of these Lambeth wards – with children aged 0 to 3 – find out how we can support your family. Sign up to our newsletter today.
