Join Zoe, HLP kitchen manager to learn how to make sauekraut. This is a great dish to help you to learn more about the process of fermentation. It is really easy to make, you need very few ingredients, is a good way of preserving vegetables and is great for feeding the bacteria in your gut.
First 10 people (need to be local to Brixton) to sign up will get a free recipe pack. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like a pack (ready for collection at Liz Atkinson centre or Southwyck on Friday 19th March).
Session is free for all to join, sign up here.
