Give your mind a pause from all the over thinking and join Peter Lawrence, mindfulness instructor, to practice mindful meditations in finger breathing, Chi Gong movement, nasal humming, dance and coherent breath.
The session will be family friendly so feel free to bring along your little ones. We will finish off the session with a mindful eating exercise so please have a piece of fruit to hand!
